This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the process and conditions under which Gramity Nexus Private Limited (operating under the brand name CSC Nexus) will process service cancellations and refund requests.
By availing of any service from CSC Nexus through our Website (https://www.cscnexus.com) or offline partner centers, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
CSC Nexus provides government-related and third-party digital services such as Aadhaar, PAN, passport assistance, utility bill payments, registrations, and other time-sensitive processes. Most of these services are non-cancellable and non-refundable due to their real-time processing and government portal integrations.

Travel Bookings | Subject to airline/bus/train cancellation terms. CSC Nexus will deduct a processing fee of ₹50-₹200 per ticket |
GST/PF/ESI/MSME Registration | Non-refundable once the data has been submitted to the government portal |
Recharge & Wallet Top-Ups | Not eligible for refunds unless failed and the amount is not credited |
Consultancy Services | Non-refundable once consultation is completed or scheduled |
Other Digital Services | Case-by-case basis. Refunds will be provided only if the service is not initiated within 48 hours (excluding holidays and weekends) after payment |
If you wish to cancel a service, it must be done before service initiation.
Once a service request is processed or submitted, no cancellation will be accepted.
In rare cases, if a service cannot be completed due to government portal failure, technical issue, or unavailability of required documentation, CSC Nexus reserves the right to cancel the service and initiate a refund if applicable.
A refund request may be eligible only under the following circumstances:
Payment deducted but service not initiated or delivered.
Duplicate or double payment for the same transaction.
Failure to complete the service due to CSC Nexus’s technical error.
Cancellation before service initiation (in select services only).
To request a refund, the user must:
Submit a written request to support@cscnexus.com
Mention the following details:
Registered Name and Contact
Transaction ID/Receipt
Service availed
Reason for refund
Timeframe to Request Refund: Within 3 working days from the date of payment or service failure.
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days from the approval date.
Refund Mode: Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment or as credit to CSC Nexus wallet, based on case evaluation.
In all eligible refunds, CSC Nexus may deduct:
Transaction/Payment Gateway Charges
Administrative or Processing Fee
Taxes or Government Charges (if applicable and non-recoverable)
The following are strictly non-refundable:
Successfully submitted applications
Government fee-based services
Digital downloads (eBooks, PDFs, etc.)
Partner services governed by third-party refund rules
Subscription fees (if any)
If a chargeback or dispute is raised fraudulently or without contacting our support team, CSC Nexus reserves the right to:
Block the user account from future services
Initiate legal proceedings as per Indian IT and eCommerce laws
